does maschine tell you how many bars your sample is???

im , some what new to maschine , i had it for a couple weeks now , just starting to get decent with it , besides no time clock , its really bothering me when i sample it wont tell me how many bars it is only seconds ... is there a sample bar count im missing or not?????

It's still te best little piece of equipment I use
That's not something that I even expected anyways.
That if you sample a track into maschine that i'd tell u how many bars ur sample is???
It doesn't even know the correct BPM, however to find out how many bars ur sample is, just count
it's not as if ur sampling a full song, it may be what? 4-8 bars maybe or something like that.

Yea I agree with you, people expect hardware and sofware do to everything.
We're already blessed with so many short cuts, lets at least be able to find how many bars we're sampling

i am well aware how to count my bars when sampling , i was just new to maschine n didnt know if that was something they did or did not do with mpcs , n it just kinda bothered me it only measured in seconds , for $700 it should have all that shit in its daw ,time stretching , n a few other things , still a good buy though
