Are these Tom rolls? If so can anyone help me find and create a Tom roll?

I located what I think are Tom rolls at the approximate so you wouldnt have to listen to the full song if you didn't want too.

Basically yeah, tom roll / drum fills. You gotta help yourself as far as creatin one goes lol. Use the search function. (Not on your equipment lool)
 
Those are toms yes, that's actually a very simple tom roll,
easiest way to do that would be to play it live on a drum maschine or real drums if u have, it's actually really easy,
I use Maschine but if you're using something like FL studio where u have to start clicking, I'd suggest trial and error at that point.
