G Jones / Bleep Bloop Vocal Effect (Very Fast Delay)

hey everyone, I think i found a way to make those spacey vocals found in g jones tunes and some bleep bloop. Mr. Carmack does this as well in a few tunes.

I made a video showing the process, but the good effects start around 4:02:
