Cubase 5 and Reason 5 Rewire Problem HELP Please

I have a problem opening reason 5 songs in cubase 5. I can rewire reason 5 with the default rack but when i try to open a song. it say access denied.I was trying to figure this problem out before i go spend a whole lot of money on pro tools. i have windows 7 ultimate 64 bit,Cubase 5 is 32bit and I dont know what reason 5 is.

Reason 5 is 32 bit, the 64 bit option didn't come out until reason 6. and even then you can change which mode it runs in by clicking on the application icon and clicking get info (mac) sorry I'm not familiar with windows anymore.
