I while ago i had an akai lpd8, but unfirtunately i had to sell it. I now regret selling it and the other day i was about to buy a new one, then i came across the new mpx8 by akai.
I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this(i know its new). I really liked the lpd8, and it looks like this uses the same pads. Im not so fussed about the rotary knobs, and being able to use it as a standalone SD sample player would be nice. Do you think i should spend £40 extra or just stick with the lpd8?
