Yung Gud / T-minus killer lead synth

I have some trouble creating good lead synths when everything else is working pretty well though. I just can't make them fit to the rest of the beat and be the catchy part. The lead synth in this song is exactly what I'm trying to create. Mine just sounds so lame compared to this because it's just so HUGE. Any tips on how to do this? I'm using Massive and Sylenth.

Starts around 2:53 and then continues.

Also hip hop producers are probably familiar with a producer called T-Minus who has this trademark lead going on almost on every beat he has made. Any tips on how to make leads sound like this is truly appreciated! This cat uses Fruity Loops so it could be a preset from Cytrus for all I know since it has some nice sounds i hear... :D Anyway some examples of his work:

Starts 0:13

T.I. - Poppin' Bottles

Starts right from the beginning and goes trough the whole song just like on that Joe Budden track.

Asap Rocky - PMW

Well, I can't really tell you how to get that exact type of synth but as for basics they are usually

1. A saw wave
2. Drowned in reverb
3. Have a good bit of delay
4. Ran through a low pass filter

Im also trying to do that Yung Gud synth because Iam relly inetrested in that atmospheric trancy trap sound.
I tried it in massive with saw some detune unsion played with envelopes like a bit amp attack and some release all through a LP.
Of course reverb on it maybe somep hase etc. but i cant get it so floaty and buzzy without making it sound to aggressive.

These synths seems to have a decent amount of Glide on them too. Especially that Joe Budden song. That would definitely add to that "floating effect". Play around with the LP filter too. adjusting the cutoff frequency and resonance should eventually get you that buzz you're looking for. If Massive's effects aren't getting the job done, try some other vst filters. From what I heard for the "I'm on One" Beat, T-Minus layered a preset from Nexus2 and a preset from Purity (Fat Draken under Lead Synths) and threw a filter on them in the mixer channel.
