What is this sound?

Hey,

What kind of sound is the lead and how do I get the "wahhhh" such as the one at the end of every 4 bars? Thanks

 
The lead sound (for as long as I could stand to listen) was a bright, slightly detuned piano in the upper register, with a fair amount of reverb. The funky wah sound you are hearing is an electric guitar playing a two-note bend.

the bend is 10th fret B string held and 12th fret G string bent up to match the A on the B string, over two beats (more or less), with the wah pedal being pulled back and then dropped in just a little
 
Wow lol I am impressed at how specific you were able to go. Is it safe to assume that this was recorded live?
 
I'm glad that you are impressed - sort of thing any guitarist working on technique should be able to produce/identify in their first year of playing

as for being played live: the whole thing sounds that way - all parts played by real people on real instruments
