What key is this in?

Sounds like its almost 2 chords only. Gm + Gsus2/D

Listening on lap speakers. From what I hear the whole tune wares between 2 bass notes, namely G and D. The G sounds minor to me and the D just sound like an alternate bass sound to play while the chord played with it might be Gsus2

Might be in Gminor/Bb - really hard to tell from listening on these speakers.

Disagree

1st is definitely minor but minor7 ~ Gm7 - G-Bb-D-F

2nd chord is a dom 7th chord based on D ~ D7 - D-F#-A-C

no, I will admit one thing the dom 7 is actually a 7b9 2nd listen brought this out

proceeds as

Gm7 / / / | / / / | D7b9 / / / | / / / | Gm7 / / / | / / / | D7b9 / / / | / / / |
Gm7 / / / | / / / | D7b9 / / / | / / / | Gm7 / / / | / / / | D7b9 / / / | / / / |
Gm7 / / / | / / / | D7b9 / / / | / / / | Gm7 / / / | / / / | D7b9 / / / | / / / |
Gm7 / / / | / / / | D7b9 / / / | / / / | Gm7 / / / | / / / | D7b9 / / / | / / / |
Gm7 / / / | / / / | D7b9 / / / | / / / | Gm7 / / / | / / / | D7b9 / / / | / / / |
Gm7 / / / | / / / | D7b9 / / / | / / / | Gm7 / / / | / / / | D7b9 / / / | / / / | Gm9 ---||

D7b9 ~ D-F#-(A)-C-Eb

there is an occasional passing chord on the beat before the D7b9 but in the grand scheme it is not important - sounds like an inverted Cm7 voiced Eb-G-Bb-C

Good one having the patience to listen it through. I just listened to the 2 main ones Oo
I ain´t to sure I feel the D7b9 but I don´t have any better call than my suggested Gsus2/D atm which might fall short. But D in the bass is needed.
