Vocal Bass Sound?

So I have been trying to figure out how to design this vocal sounding bass sound that KLL SMTH uses.
The site won't let me post links... so if you google "KLL SMTH Serendipitous Travels" youll get the song.
If you go to 3:00, youll know which sound I'm talking about. I think its got to be a Massive patch, but there has to be some other processing thats going on. Anyone know how I could create this patch?

3) sounds like it has a vocoder applied to it - that is the voice and bass have convolved to create the sound; it could also be a case of using formant synthesis
