Tips on How to Write HOT HOOKS ??? Please !!!!

I can write verses for days but there doesn't seem to be any info on the net as far as writing rap hooks and choruses. I cant sing so that out the question. Anybody got any great tips on how to achieve hot hooks then please let me know. Any techniques or tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated.

Hook theory is based on the idea that the most often repeated lyrical line in your tune is the title and also the hook. Extending this further, your hook should represent the main thrust of the story you are trying to tell with this lyric

You may want to recast your lyric into Ebonics or other ghetto dialects to add street cred to the hook
