sounds like

saw wave that is heavily filtered

lots of slides and glides
- more pitch bend than portamento
- drops from above and pushes from below sound like it's a pitch bend wheel that has been moved to a position and then just released, following its own natural spring-loaded trajectory back to the central pitch

I recognize that synth, if you listen to any Future Garage-music you'll notice it here and there.

It's a sawwave playing at a low octave going through a unison with many voices and thick detune, and then is heavily lowpassed.

And then all the sliding as bandcoach explained.
