Is there anywhere (preferably video) where I can learn about dynamics?

Not just terminology, but dynamics as they pertain to composition, maybe with examples?

Youtube the words "understanding multiband dynamics". I'm guessing that would give you some decent hits. I can't learn through youtube though. I can follow written instructions better

not what is asked for - dynamics in this case is a set of instructions taken from the set pppp-ppp-pp-p-mp-mf-f-ff-fff-ffff and the various cresc, decresc and additional markings like subito, poco a poco and so on, to tell a performer how loud a particualr passage should be in a piece of music
