My guess is that they've used frequency modulation to create that very special trumpet-like timbre, and then make it like a supersaw lead, i.e using a unison with maybe 4 voices in this case, medium detune, play with the phase.
Also a little distortion to make it more aggressive.
They've also used a pitch envelope to create a quick slide in the notes. If you do this inside the synth, you'll need to do it on both the operators and the carriers, or it can sound very strange.
Obviously, they've layered this sound on top of a usual supersaw, with a similar pitch slide.
