Scales Question

I have a music theory question and it may be stupid but I am just getting confused. Say for example I am playing in the f scale, how do i know what chords are in the f scale? If this question doesn't make sense just ask me to go into more detail. Thanks for reading

it makes a lot of sense.

In a nutshell, you create your chords by stacking the scale on top of itself starting a 3rd up (A) and then a 5th up (C). In the following image and audio we see:
a) The F major scale
b) The F major scale starting on A
c) The F major scale starting on C
d) Diads (two tone chords that are ambiguous) formed from a) and b)
e) Triads formed from a), b) and c). We number the triads I-ii-iii-IV-V-vi-vii[sup]b5[/sup]-(I)
f) Triads that show how d might also be finalised, this time using the F major scale starting on D (the relative natural minor of F major). We would number these triads as i-ii[sup]b5[/sup]-[sup]b[/sup]III-iv-v-[sup]b[/sup]VI-[sup]b[/sup]VII-(i)
