Hi folks, a lot of time i heard this crazy moog bas in old r&b tracks, so i guess there is a patch from old analog synth.
It starts 0:23

Any suggestions?
 
You could sample 'Chameleon' by Herbie Hancock....

You could imitate it using a saw with resonant filter over the top and envelope on the cutoff, medium attack and decay, sustain somewhere between halfway and 0.
