I'm only hearing harmony vocals and some subtle ADT on the main vocal (Auto-double tracking/unison/flanging take you pick)

the other thing is a pair of square waves with short attack decay and release and moderate sustain, going into a short one shot delay filter half closed and a bit of resonance, maybe some pulse width alteration on one or both

both sound like strings

35" strings doubled with flute and maybe a xylophone being played tremolo with very soft mallets

1'07" tremolo strings with mutes applied
