How u get a delay like this?

i'm tryin to get the delay on my voice like B got it on this song can anyone help me w/ the settings? I'm using logic 8 but any advice would help:

I am not sure about what filters and delays logic has but this is what it sounds like to me

slow HP sweeping filter + delay with 4 steps (depending on tempo) with a low feedback setting + slight reverb.
