I'm having trouble with a sample that I have, I want to follow the same bassline that the sample has but I want it be a lot stronger and harder then the one on the sample sort of what needs to be filled in on the track does anyone have any advise?
Just put the sample on loop. Pick a bass patch, figure out the key and play along. sometimes i'll play the bass in a higher octave first because i've found it easier to match the key. If all else fails....filter the sample//
