How do you remix songs by filtering on Reason?

Hi, first time poster on this forum,
I Use Reason, and i wanted to know how do i achieve this vocal affect on songs so i can remix them
Prudcers like suicideyear and eric dingus do this alot
and here are some examples

Sounds like just highpass filtering, or drastic EQ cuts from the low end...
