How do I get this keyboard sound?

It's hard to explain. It's like this "bleeding" effect that sounds very smooth and relaxing. I've heard it in some 90s stuff and I'd definitely like to be able to replicate it. An example of a beat that has it would be the Fantastic Vol. 2 intro by Slum Village (it won't let me post links but google it I suppose) and actually a lot of other songs from that album.

Does anyone know what effects are on the keyboard riff? I've tried a bunch of different stuff and nothing sounds right.

that is an electric piano aka a Rhodes or Wurlitzer or Hohner type electric piano - sounds more like a Rhodes in this case as it has the built-in phaser

to get the sound you use full chords and smooth voice leading (minimal movement from each chord to the next - keeping like notes in the same position unless it is impossible to do so)
