what sort of samples? loops from other trackz, or drum samples and whatnot?

u wana get rid of them off the beat that ur guna put on the radio? or the ones that u have to use?
if u make ur question as detailed as possible it easier to answer, and u prob get more response.

no im talkin about getting it cleared like u noe how alchemist and all them git it cleared so they could use it how could i do the same

... It's not worth clearing it...

And you probably can't afford the clearance anyway...

honestly... If if that obvious, take the sample out of the track or use a different track...

contact the owner on the music you sampled...

Contact the record company that released the record you sampled.

Contact the publishing company that owns the composition you sampled.

I told you exactly who to contact:

Contact the record company that released the record you sampled.

Contact the publishing company that owns the composition you sampled.

Those people own the music you are sampling.

but how could i contactr them?

look at the album cover. There will be an address. Contact them.

Send them a letter.

Send them an email.

Call them.

Do all of the above.

If there is a name with no address, then look it up.

If you don't have the album cover, look it up online... you have the song title and artist.

If you sampled something without knowing what you sampled... well... ask a friend what the song is and look up who owns it.

do you noe how much it would cost?

don't listen to stranger... he is just screwing with you.

It will cost whatever they want to charge you...

could be $100

could be free

could be a portion of the ownership in your song that uses the sample

could be all of the ownership in the song that uses the sample

could be a combination of ownership in your song and some upfront money

could be $2,000,000

writing credits

royalties

could be anything...

you won't know until you contact them.

...but be prepared for anything.
