how come it seem all my melodies

i can onnly seem to make more sad moody type melodies i mean everything i cant shake this how do you make it sound more like a club track or some soul type **** some one please help fast thx
 
What kind of Chord Progressions are you using? Are you using major tonalities or minor? Its not that it matters that much but if you give more info someone might be able to help you

actually i start off with the melody most of the time
 
Cool.... if you are using minoror dim intervals (eg minor 3rds) the melody will most likely sound "sad" but what brings out the feeling of the music are the chord changes....EG you can play a melody that sounds sad using major chords and it will sound "happy".
Experiment with diifferent chords in order to get the feeling that you want...
