I don't know exactly what the low-end sound is; I can hear it, but not with a lot of definition (I'm listening on some crappy little Dell computer speakers right now).
But it sounds like the low-end synth/tone/what-have-you is keyed to the bass drum, maybe, like they used to do back in the day (side-chain compressed so that everytime the bass drum hits, a low end sinewave or other tone kicks at the same time; kind of like a "Super 808"/"Humkick"). It's the opposite of the side-chain trick a lot of people use now, where everything moves out of the way of the bass drum. Which, by the way,. I think I can hear some of that somewhere too, because even before the drums come in, there's a lot of "pumping" going on...
