Money Over All
I hear this in about of beats. Sad that I can't figure it out. I just thought they were toms but not sure. Anyone can tell me? Starts at beginning of song

Just take a sine wave and work it the way you would a kick e.g. set a filter envelope to close the same way. Short decay, slightly longer release, medium sustain on the amp envelope. Then EQ to soften the highs. But there really is no need to synthesise your own; just map a basic sine-kick/tom sample that fits to the higher notes. You can then tweak the characteristic of every note, like in that track.

you can find the sound in the kong drum designer syntom setup in reason

alternatively look for syntoms at kvr or gersic

If you have the latest version of Ableton you can extract midi drum patterns from an audio source (wave/mp3) obviously, you'll then need to alter the drum kit to suit your requirements, just a thought.
