How to achieve this wah wah effect??? HELP!!!!!

I wouldn't consider a delay.
I know Omnisphere & Lazy Snake has this wah wah effect but only for the sounds in those vsts.
Its more like a a wobble fade.

Is this a wah wah effect????
Any is there and vst or any way to achieve this effect????

could be cross wah-wah/tremolo effect

wah-wah is an auto filter with resonance

tremolo is a rapid turning up and down of the volume. you can have additional parameters such as depth (how far down the volume goes), rate - the speed of the tremolo usually an lfo, but could be foot-pedal controlled

there might even be a little chorusing/phasing in there
