Just going by listening to it, it's a sine being FMed by another sine with an automation clip on the modulator volume.

I'm 90% certain it's what I said it is before.
Break out operator or fm8 or sytrus or something. Massive can do it too I think, using the mod osc.
1 oscillator a sine, play some low notes, then FM with another sine. Then just use a macro or automation clip or something to change the modulator volume to get dose wubs.
