help me read drum sheet music

i came across a youtube video and this guy has some decent chops and he is nice enough to slow it down and show you how he does it, but i really wanna resequence it in maschine so i can play along to it really slow he gives you the sheet music but i don't know what line are the kicks, hihats etc. here is a link to the video and the DL is in the description, i figured out that the hihats are on the top and i'm guessing the kick is on the bottom but i just wanna make sure....

Hats on the top with + meaning close the hi-hat, o meaning open the hi-hat (borrowed from French Horn playing technique)
Snare in the space above the middle line () indicates lower intensity note, > indactes an accented note
Kick in the bottom space

note that in 5 and 6 of the pdf you should close the hat on beat 2 - obviously his notation software does not allow him to stack note modifiers

how can i tell how long apart the hits are 16th 8th whole?

1 line joining the notes means each note is an 8th

2 lines indicates which notes are 16ths

squiggle is a quarter note rest

line with a cup is an 8th note rest

line with two cups is a 16th note rest

a dot after a note or rest adds half that duration to it so a dotted 8th is equal to an 8th + 16th combined
