Help identify this sound/how to recreate?

Hey,

i'm trying to recreate this track and I would like to know what the sound that drops right at 0:28. Sounds like some kind of horn with a ping pong delay but i'm not exactly sure.

If you could identify the instrument and a VST that recreates this instrument well, I would appreciate it.
 
I never heard of that horn before but I'm pretty sure it's sample. You know that raggae air horn? Why don't you try to split it in half somewhere and fade those parts in and out and then pitch it however you like and see if that's close to what you're looking for? There's just too many horns out there to know for sure what exactly it is.
 
muted trumpet with a muted alto sax hi-pass filter, ping-pong delay, both lip up into the note (start a semitone below)
