Only watched up til he showed the low end chords, but it's probably in Bb or Gm. Play the chords, check the flats/sharps, see what scale matches. Gm has Bb, Eb has Eb/Bb, Bb has Bb, F has none. Bb scale is Bb/Eb. G minor is the relative minor.
