1) Is there a way to make your snare drums sound like they're in a large room, with an echo type effect (like the drums heard in some "A Tribe Called Quest" beats ... listen to "The Chase, Pt. 2" by them ... or "One Love" by Nas) ... without slicing

2) Is it possible to fade sounds from one speaker to the next ... (left to right)

3) Is there any way to stretch sounds you already have, into long string sounds, that carry on through a long period of time? Like the sounds found in:

Channel Presets > Layers

Thanks before hand ...

1. Look for an effect called Reverb
2. It's called Panning
3. I don't think you can do that in FL very well.

1) To accomplish that, you need to apply reverb to the track. FL's reverb is pretty crappy, though -- I reccommend SmartElectronix's donationware Ambience as a quick alternative.

2) Changing a sound's left/right stereo location is called "Panning" -- FL includes a plugin called "Pan-O-Matic" which uses an LFO to modulate an FX channel's panning.

3) In Fruity's sampler, activate Loop Points for the sample you want to loop.

O.K ... thank you ... one more question...

How do I open a Plug-In such as Fruity Reeverb or Fruity Scratcher in Fruity Loops Studio?

Use the FX window.

Have you read the documentation?
