Dance melody...

Hello!

I use FruityLoops and i have a problem. I want to make an dance melody. I can't make the right tune, if you understand. I want to make a tune like it is in most of dance songs but i can't... I was trying with some FL plugins but it is not like that songs. Can you help me with this? Do you know any plugins or with what can you help me?

do you mean you can't program the sequence of notes right or you can't make the tone of the sound right? this is a very vague question.
 
Well, i didn't know how to tell it.

I meant that i can't make a sound like it is in todays dance songs. Sound of main melody i mean. For example if you know Soleado or something like this...
 
The sound can be detuned in a special way or the orginal dance source have mayby been pitched then its really hard to imitate the melody.

try playing the track you are thinking of and then jamming over top of it with the keyboard until you find the notes that sound the same.
