I know that it's a horse neigh sped up in Insane In The Brain, but how can I sythesise this? I'm having trouble.]

You need to use a saw oscillator as the source, pitch modulate it with a fast LFO, and just for that dirt, perhaps use some distortion or a bit crusher. Last but not least, sculpt it's frequencies with a low-pass filter and decay envelope, just slightly. This sound is not hard to emulate

Thank you, seems to have worked well - the only thing I'd missed was distortion.
