Creating a synth line like in chris brown "Till I Die"

At the beginning of chris browns song "till i die" theres a rising, wobbly, synth line that stutters at the end.

I would like to know how to achieve this effect, or maybe someone can make or point me in the direction of a vid that can show me. I would like to know what to automate, oscillator settings, stutter effect, etc.

Fyi my synth plugin of choice is NI Massive and i know for sure that synth is capable of producing that effect i just dont know where to begin.

that is straight from some old school tracker used for creating game sounds for mid 80's platform games

mostly a square wave with some triangle added for good measure

the stuttering and everything else is done by programming each note specifically - i.e. there is no such actual synth that makes this sound - you will need to spend some programming the notes
