Hey guys

What kind of drum samples do they use? doesn't sound like an 808. Also, whats the computery sounding type synth during the hook?

Just a square wave synth. I can't think of anything simpler than this.
Drums. There's a looped 1/4 note sample, I hear a typical vinyl kick and some sort of percussion on the offbeat, sounds like a woodblock/cowbell. At the end of the track you can hear second kick layered with kick from a sample.
And yeah, a reverbed digital clap on top of it all.
I feel like the bass is driving the track mainly.
 
Yea the synth is pretty simple. Just a basic synth pluck with a bit of delay on it (2ms I think?) and a touch of reverb.

I dunno if it's the quality of the video, but the clap in the track is distorting (at least it seems) badly. I'm under the assumption it was an intended effect since it's on VEVO lol.
