Its probably a smooth bass that has some distorted effect on it.
 
yeh do you mean the low synth wit the little melody that comes in later?
 
Naw...Im Talkin Bout Like When His Verse Come In The Drums Drop Out N You Here That Little Blowin Bass...But It Has No Melody It Takes Da Place Of The Drums..And It Happens The Second Verse Right After He's Says "2 Here Comes The 3 To The 4 To The 5 To The 6"
