Z3ta +2 growl bass?

So I've tried to find a youtube video explaining how to ake a dubstep growl with Z3ta +2. All i really found were Massive tutorials which use waveforms that Z3ta doesnt have. Can someone explain to me how to make a Z3ta +2 growl bass, or even just give me a link to a tutorial or something? (other bass styles would be awesome too!).

I don't know how Zebra 2 works, but if it has 2 parallel filters you should be able to do some formant filtering and do a growl that way. I know most of the Massive growl tutorials use this method, so take a look at these and see if you can use it in Zebra 2 instead (also have a look at general tutorials on formant filtering).

But to be honest, this method sadly gives a really good result (which you probably can hear on most of the Massive growl tutorials as well).
If you want that pro-sounding, you might wanna take a look at FM synthesis and how you can make one using this, as well as how you can make a growl sound using vocoding.
