This is a intro pluck from Wrecking Ball that Im trying to recreate.
I'm still learning sound synthesis.
Could somebody guide me how to get closer to that sound ?
I tried making it with sylenth1 but got closer with logic's ES2.

Appreciate the help!

Before you start "synthesizing," I'd try combining some standard presets and see what you can come up with. I had a sound like this on an old Casio (really old). It sounds like your version is/uses a string section sound, played in staccato fashion. I would instead start with a more "plucky" string sound (see if you have any pizzicato string sounds). I would then experiment with various amounts of acoustic or electric piano (or some combination) underneath. I think that will get you even closer.

Thanks for the answer.
I'm messed around for a while and my ears are numb .
Does this sound closer ?
The real one sounds kinda metallic.

Closer, I think. Maybe an octave lower or different inversions? And I think your base keyboard sound is too "bell-like." More piano-y... IMHO.
