Where to find these bells???

Yeah I can't hear a bell sound in there, I'd say some sort of electric piano. On a side note you should check out this video of this guy remaking that beat, it probably wont answer your question specifically but it's a good video! haha. If you want to know the exact sound he used there's a good chance he will tell you if you message him or something?
 
it is an acoustic piano playing a crushed set of decoration notes (scale run below going into) into the target note with sustain pedal held down (which is why it sounds like it has reverb on it - the sustain pedal allows all the notes in the crush to sound through as well!)
