What are these bell/whatever sounds?

They start at the very beginning. They almost sound like Caribbean or something. No idea.

I hear them in old 80s music and some dance music and just some random places. Anyone know what they are? If there's some name or nomenclature used to refer to them?

OK. I FL Studio so I'm hoping there is some sort of preset or patch in there that has something like these. It would be crazy if it didn't if they are pretty standard.
