orchestral instrument libraries - mostly strings, percussion and a church organ

autotune on the vox to extremes

simple drum machine sounds of the type found on the earlier TR series like the 808, 909 using shaped noise as both hats and snare sounds

then some harmony vox treated with autotune as well

Not really. As usual, BC was pretty much on it. You could add digital delay, some reverb, a little synth, a harmonized/pitch effect, and a rhythmic gate effect. But that's about it.

And may I add-- What a lovely, romantic, heart-felt sentiment this song conveys. You really don't hear lyrics as poignant and well-crafted as this often enough these days. And they say the crazy kids are jaded! Nonsense! What beautiful, sweet (but hardly saccharine), grounded in raw human emotions such as love and caring, work of art this piece is. So glad I listened to all 3:00 of this breath-taking musical journey. I feel enriched by the very experience...

Either that or it was the biggest pile of manure I've heard in awhile. Yeah, that sounds about right...
