What is that sound used commonly on ice cream trucks

I've looked to recreate this sound as well. There are some VSTi plugins with presets that sound that way. My guess it's some triangle/square wave form with some dissonance/detune. Try lightly mixing in some distortion/fuzz to emulate a bit of the analog effect.

You wouldn't happen to know the names of any of the aforementioned VSTis would you? I'm the worst when it comes to producing sounds...
