What sound is this?

sounds like a generic "asian keys" patch. generally when people program these kinds of patches they detune the voices/oscillators/wavetables (etc.) more than a typical patch. there is usually a bit of automation on the detune as well. it can take a bit of skill to know when/how to use these with western style instrumentation, as the tunings are not the same. do some searching for asian piano/keyboard sounds.
