What is this sound?

I've heard this synth sound numerous times now and I want to know how to replicate it. It's the high synth sound that comes in when Justin bieber starts to sing in "rich girl" with soulja boy. No I am not gay haha but the beat is hard and I have heard that sound in numerous chief keef songs too. I run nexus. Thanks
 
can't tell you the name of the preset but it is a square wave with a little pulse width modulation (ca. 40-45%), vca a-d-s-r is 0-6-4-0, minimal filtering (lpf cutoff freq is set to about 9) and a bit of resonance (about 4), no modulation of the filter that I can hear

reproduce in any subtractive synth module
