What are some good chord progressions? for (hip hop)

Ok, progressions are progressions, you just try different chords one after another and voicing is important as well. You can find countless lists of them on the internet.
BUT
Do you have some nice patterns or different ways chords are played? Because Im stuck with those 8th and 16th timing Dre'ish type of progressions in C minor and A min which sounds so overplayed.

And then look at patterning in one of two ways
Note selection without repetition
i.e.
Note selection with repetition
i.e.
etc....
In addition remember that you do not have to use the one rhythmic pattern throughout but can change it up every beat or every 4 or 8 bars.
So, just as with the note selection strategies above you can use different duration selection strategies to improve your arps and your scale runs and your melodic lines.....
