What Percs FX Are These?

There's some kind of percussion that plays throughout the song but it's very subtle, sounds almost like a lighter but it's probably a pitched down high hat or something. What is going on in it as far as processing, some bit crushing and reverb? Thanks

yeah, sounds like a detuned hihat sample set (about 4 semitones down) both closed and open and stomping sounds
