What kind of instrument is this?

Sounds like a arp or something. Trying to make a instrument in Reason 4 sound like it. Can anyone try to help me get a sound like this or tell me what it is?
 
sounds like maybe an arp, or maybe a synth thru a pattern chopper combinator
 
try using a high pass filter on a 2 detuned square waveforms. delay it or arp it
