have you tried to click it and see what it does when you play different keys?

Ha thats a good point, the problem is i'm studying abroad in Australia right now and I don't have my setup here.... I've just been doing a lot of research on synth programming and I don't yet understand what keytrack/keyfollow does..

That is called key tracking.
If you see it by the OSC and you have it on ,then the OSC changes
pitch as you go up and down your keyboard. If key tracking is off
then the pitch stays the same no matter what key you hit.
You will see that be use on drum presets.
Key tracking by the Filter section changes the pitch of that as
you move up and down the keyboard. You decide by how much
by the amount knob.

I don't get why its a knob then - take a look at tone2 gladiator's interface.... thanks

If you see a knob that is the amount knob that you use to apply
how much keytracking to the Filter(Cutoff)
