so i was whatcing this video and i been in to learning how to play the piano from youtube and i was wondering what chords and chord progressions go with arpegeos like this for example

Unanswerable question man...arpeggios are simply outlines of a scale and depending what degree you put it on is what it will sound like. For example if you turned on a Major arpeggiator and played the C note, it would jump from C to E to G to C and back down depending on how you set it. So the key you hit to arpeggiate has to match atleast the root or the scale you play the chord in.
