Vocal Effect on SpaceGhostPurrp's "Black God"

This has been bugging me for a minute but does anyone know or have an idea of what kind of effects SpaceGhostPurrp uses on his vocals on his track "Black God"? I think it's a similar effect on Biggie Small's song "Warning" ? Any insight would be much appreciated! Go Team Future Producers!

Basically make a frown with your graphic EQ, boost mids, cut highs and lows... This is during the verse... Many EQ's have a megaphone or phone EQ preset, use that then tweak for your needs..
