Vivid Arps

What exactly are you having problems with? Those are pretty basic 1/32th note arps. The Khalifa one goes down, the Rick Ross one goes up. Both probably use the octave settings found in most arp plugins - the only problem I see here is that neither Massive or 3xOSC have built-in arps - but FL has a built-in arpeggiator you can use.
 
Yeah, on the FL channel window for a synth, go to the FUNC tab, and you have the arp in the middle with plenty of functions.
Note that these ones doesn't save with the synth, so don't expect you can make a synthsound and add arp and save the sound, then remove it and at a later stage bring it up in a song and expect arps on it.

Though I don't think this options works on thirdparty synths like Massive.
But in Massive you have the Stepper function, which you can set to control the pitch. Just set the control of it to perhaps and octave up or down, and you can create your own arp.
